Do You Have a Plan B?
We got more bad news from the pulse on the economy this past week. There were half a million jobs lost in November alone in the U.S. That has everyone spooked and concerned. Even people who are still working. If you are still working, do you have a plan B? That is, do you have a plan in place in case you lose your job? For a lot of people, Plan B means collect unemployment and try to find another job. If that is your mindset, then best of luck. But there are others who are getting tired of the worrying about losing jobs, or finding a job only to have worry about losing the job all over again. A vicious cycle. Those are the people who might be looking at starting a home based business.
I will be perfectly honest with you here. It’s difficult to start a home based business when you are in desperate need of money. For example, if you have just been laid off and have no cash reserves, a home based business will not provide income for you right away. However, if you are working and would like to start a business part time while you are still working, that’s another matter. Or if you have been laid off and have some cash reserves, you will be able to have income while you are building a business. A viable “Plan B” if you are still working. And if you are in either position, you will want a home based business that doesn’t have huge monthly fees to pay that drain your funds. You will want a home based business that is inexpensive to operate, like MyWirelessRep which is only $49.95 to join (if you join before December 31, 2008) and only $49.95 per month to maintain. So what about that Plan B?
