Who Uses Pre Paid Wireless Plans?

The second group of people are those who are credit worthy, but maybe don’t like the restrictions of standard wireless plans. Standard wireless plans usually require a two year commitment. These days, people are watching their money very carefully and many of them are reluctant to get into a two year financial commitment – even if it’s something relatively minor like a cell phone contract.
