Text Messages Speed up Workflow
Lightyear really uses its own technology. If you join the business side of Lightyear Wireless, you get your own MyWirelessRep website with a back office. One of the advanced options of the back office is that it gives you ability to configure your cell phone to receive text message alerts.
Alerts for what? Any time someone fill out the form on my website, I get a text message letting me know. And that is extremely useful. This way I can call the person back and reach them immediately after they’ve filled out the form. This is what’s called HOT leads.
