There’s a lot of talk about stimulus packages lately. There’s even more talk about whether the Obama stimulus is working or not. At the very least, you must give the Obama stimulus some time and that points out something about it: It’s a long term investment not a short term fix. So why not create your own stimulus package?

It doesn’t get much easier than cell phones. Everyone has them, everyone more or less understands them. Everyone may not understand exactly how they work, but they know they do work and provide a valuable service to them. Like the stimulus critics, the wireless industry has its critics too. Some of them say the wireless industry has peaked or is close to running its course. But there are signs on the horizon this is not so. Cases in point: the new frequency spectrums and the possible regulation of large monopoly-like relationships such as the ATT / Apple one. There is still a lot of room for growth in this industry so why not be part of helping make it grow?
